Finally, after a week of busted computer, I could get this taken. Hooray!Also got a new monitor that's much bigger than my old one, which mean the resolution on this baby's much larger. To my regular watchers, please let me know how much better this one looks.

yeah.. still failing to work, could be because there are no spawn icons. either way, i am stumped

Go into the browse menu, under the GMod folder. Assuming you put the model and material flies in the correct place, you should find it in the "player" folder within the GMod one.

the demo man zecora did not show up there, and i placed it in the same way i do all non-addons (same with the rainbow scout pack) i see some of the icons, but they are just error messages

suffering from the same issues as i tried with the scout model (rainbow dash one similar to this) cannot get it installed because its not formatted to be an Addon

Just put the files directly into your main GMod model and material folders, in that case. Using 7Zip (which I talked about here: [link] ) is a good bit of help in this situation.

Hoe di you get the zecora demoman and original demoman?

Demoman is gotten when you have purchased TF2 and have access to the models in GMod, though I'll let you know that I use a version of the model with enhanced physics, found here: [link]
Demcora (as I call the model) is hexed from the original model that initially replaced the Demoman. I'll work on getting a DL link up soon.
