Well nothing like love making in a lake/bayou Lol nice work look forward to seeing this colored. I always loved that forbidden love like stuff and feel with Templars and Mages and wondered how many lovers in secret when Mage Rebellions started were broken and ruined and how many Knights had to choose between their sworn duty as a Templar or their Mage lover.

Mage/Templar love. The best kind. I'm more of a Rivalmance male Hawke and Anders guy myself. Mostly because I loved annoying Anders. Also that damn kiss.
You've helped me enjoy Shep and Kaiden though. I still remember going "That is too fucking romantic and touching" when Kaiden sort of came out to Shepard in 3. I loved that scene. Almost made me regret playing a Femshep with Garrus. Ugh dammit I still love you bioware characters even though Mass Effect 3 broke my heart in a bad way.

you don't need to do the whole enviro, just the water and make the rest dark, you can handle water well enough so I'm sure it'd look great

Enviro is as important as first plan. You should look on my profile page,
where creative art is compared with intercourse, meaning that two (or more)
should equally contribute to the hole thing to be perfect.
Still there is some... tiny issue, or even two of them,
because the waterline is low enough and none of the models I've seen around is equipped accordingly.

I'm just saying if you did a 3-D render of them in this pose in water it would still be glorious, with or without the trees/pond grass. Plus since you're doing 3-D work you can't simply create that stuff whereas I can just draw it in quickly so I wouldn't hold it against you if you couldn't include it.

It's about me wanting to follow the original as close as I can.
But I have to confess: this picture is great, but it has water,
and it is of a different kind from the one I worked with before,
it's maybe too much water for me for this short period of time.
And yet I can't deny I want to do the scene.
Would require to dig for some props like sword, staff etc.
Maybe not just now.
