I used to plan almost everything. I planned to fit in as many tasks as possible. In my search for optimal organization, I began scheduling multiple meetings in a row, arranging them down to the minute and relying on the punctuality of all participants. However, this approach proved to be ineffective. The more people I included in my schedule, the more likely it was to fall through. It turned out that life is full of unexpected occurrences, and it is impossible to control every minute of the day. I even called this situation "a flow of meetings in my schedule."

As a result, I realized that it is necessary to leave plenty of time between meetings and tasks on the schedule. I found that thirty-minute windows were the most optimal. This allows me to switch gears after each person and his thoughts. During this time, I can grab a cup of coffee or tea, take a short walk, or just rest. This approach calms me down and helps me increase my productivity when I return to work.
