My favourite cosplay and character ever: Oscar François de Jarjayes (or simply Lady Oscar), from Berusayu no Bara (Rose of Versailles).

I've made this cosplay in 2004 and won 1st place on AnimeCon that year, and also many other prizes in small conventions down here. I wore it again in World Cosplay Summit 2006 Brazil finals with my partner as Marie Antoinette.

We played them again on the selectives for WCS 2007 Brazil and got to the finals with this perfomance: [link]

It's a cosplay made with a lot of love and dedication, because Oscar is my model as a great and strong woman I'd like to be. And the story of this classical manga and anime is absolutely beautifull.

Meu cosplay e minha personagem preferida ever: Oscar François de Jarjayes (ou simplesmente Lady Oscar), de Berusayu no Bara (Rosa de Versalhes).

Fiz esse cosplay em 2004 e ganhei o 1o lugar no AnimeCon daquele ano, e também muitos outros prêmios em eventos menores. Usei novamente na final do World Cosplay Sumit 2006 ~ Etapa JBC Brazil com a minha parceira como Maria Antonieta.

Interpretamos elas novamente numa seletiva para o WCS 2007 e chegamos à final com esta performance: [link]

É um cosplay feito com muito amor e dedicação, porque a Oscar é meu ideal como a mulher forte que eu gostaria de ser. E a história deste clássico dos mangás e animes é absolutamente maravilhosa.
