Currently they are still a bit blank.
Maybe as you've noticed/read most Ch'Ar are a race with tradition and certain high standards and expectations. Of course the clans separate themselves in different political and social beliefs. Some clans, conservative ones, will be much more aimed at military while others - more liberal or neutral - are aimed at trade and exploration. There isn't much to the clans outside for those labels at the moment, but they are a work in progress. c:
I kinda wanted the clans to be shaped as the people (like you and me) would do. There's only a few of which I have things in mind, but those are secrets for in the book itself.
(Some born not on Ch'Ar planets will gain a clan through ceremony and trial, although some may just roam without clan.)
Well. They can be pretty much anything they'd want... Of course, perhaps they won't make for the best life guards. But seeing their background a good 50% of Ch'Ar serves some kind of duty in authorities.

I'll probably have him roaming without a clan, make it a little easier on myself then to guess how exactly the clan works when they aren't fully finished X'D
(If they were born on a Ch'Ar planet could they still go without a clan, or do they have that alignment with that clan even though they left the planet?)

That's always an option. c: They aren't "that" savage in general anymore, so a lot of opportunities have opened themselves for them~
(If they are born within a clan, then they are automatically part of the clan. uvu They could get banned for proper reasons depending on each clan either way though. But if they leave the planet they also normally take the clan along with them since they see it as a "title", unless if they leave because of a break-up with the clan, then they can leave the title of the clan behind too. uvu)

I haven't thought about that yet, but a lot of capitals are major cities and are used as trading hubs so far. But I'm positive I'll work thing like that out in the future. c: So there'll probably be some new special places.

(I calculate their ages from human age to Ch'Ar just by doing the three-step. But you can take an age of our silly human lives as reference, and then multiply it by 0.615 and then subtract a couple years because of their general good health.
Although if you need ages... I'd say:
baby- 0->3
child- 3->12
teen- 12->20
young adult- 20->45
adult- 45->95
elder- 95->130+

Well. In the clothing you could go every direction. I choose for Alistus to wear sleeveles vests and tanks because of the sharp shoulders. But you could cover the sharp points of the body or choose to let them stay open. I'd say they wear casual, comfortable maybe sportsy clothes the most. But hey... I wouldn't judge a Ch'Ar in tutu. Maybe others just would...

X'D Practically every artist when they make a character
I was kinda thinking this kind of outfit for him: Vycus Outfit Idea (Was thinking black, but it stands out a bit too much. Might better be a grey kind of color or something else Since I want his pwretty eyes to be what stands out most then the clothing)
Something that covers himself up, also makes him look badass as well as be decent for his work. Since for like hunting down people kind of jobs don't want something getting caught and pulling you back and what not. Also make it feel like your not having something weighing you down with like flimsy stuff.
I would feel bad for the Ch'Ar being forced to wear such a thing X'D

If he does he'll probably pack a "few" winter coats and probably have a portable heater and some other stuff to make hot chocolate. Probably pack a portable home too with a mountant of blankets too and maybe build a fire place

(I always put effort into my characters, especially ones I adopt, though sometimes it takes a while to get something working with them but I eventually do. If I didn't then what's the point in having them around? Hell I'm like constantly working on my main character Zahn so I can work him to what I'd consider perfection. Which I feel like I'm getting close too.)
