Awwww... Meva, those words touched me – I get the feeling, there's pretty much toxicity nowadays.
I used to be a in group of a fandom back two years ago, and they used to critique in such negative ways everyone and everybody outside them, surely I was feeling overwhelmed when I could finally quit, and bad memories are sometimes returning, that sucks.
Also for almost everything, such as some you stated: bad news, disastrous events, horrible things happening to people, animals and nature...
And in social media people are pretty toxic too.
Whenever I see something that makes me uncomfortable or that I don't like – I just try to get over it and try to keep my good vibes and emotions up.
Ahh – I love this little seagull <3 like the little one with the bullshit brick too x'D these critters of yours are the most adorable thing ever!
I absolutely love the message on this deviation!
Cheers!

It's quite incredible how much shit people have to put up with, if you don't mind me putting it this frank.
There are really horrible and toxic people around us, I think the both of us had our fair share with them. The memories tend to come back because they left such a scar. They have damaged your trust in people and your own abilities to judge others.
But...
We have to try to overcome those bad feelings. Through unity and giving others chances to let them heal your wounds I guess.
Little by little. :> Just don't crop up those feelings, sometimes it's better to share a burden.
social media is the worst
Aw thank you! <3 They're fun little things to doodle around!
Bless your heart!

I'm a very pessimistic people BUT in my mind, not my acts. The world is soooo sad it needs people able to make it SHINE.
But it's also not good to escape the sad all the time... Some people are like "Ha, shut, smile and accept the change, don't be a baby !!!"
Crying is ok. Being sad too; same for being angry and fight for the good. Smiling all the time super creepy, but in the other hand, people sad ALL THE TIME can be kinda toxic.
We have to find the right balance !
Byt the way, this drawing is adorable <3

It's all about finding that healthy balance and wanting things to get better. To get up and change what you can change, and find a way to live with what you can't.
I'll be the last person to command everyone to just smile and ignore issues because that helps nobody.
Thanks!

I have the exact same feeling... I strongly believe that by making good vibes you could positively influence people that will positively influence other people because they feel better at that time. This could create a chain and a positive circle. Of course there is always negative vibes, there is no "positive only" world. But maybe if people stop trolling or spreading hate especially on internet, maybe world could be a little better. It's why I tend to not crticize negatively other people that ask for nothing and only say good things. Saying bad things to other will not make us happier, but saying good things to other will make them happy. So if you don't like something, just pass your way. If you love something, say it. That's what I try to do.

Yeah exactly! I was in such a negative mindset these past years, nothing seemed fun anymore. And if I was genuinely happy the moment always seemed so short because there would always be something to kill it.
So! Totally agreed with you! Less negativity begins by spreading positivity. I try to leave out most of the negativity these days because I just don't want to get dragged into that hole again. Ignorance is bliss they say, but there's some truth to it. And sharing that positivity may help the people still struggling. Everyone may know I still struggle with it as well, but then I talk to good friends and they cheer me up again. :>
