It's happened before. Akane looses her memories and becomes nicer to Ranma. How long this current round of sweetness lasts... we'll need to see. It helps Ranma is unconscious and unable to anger Akane in anyway.
As for Shampoo's plans and feelings about her former fellow captives...I know her reaction.

Who knows? Shampoo probably wasn't thinking about them when she decided to rebel against Kodachi, so we don't know for sure until she finds out what's happened to them. At that point, she'll either send out guards to find them and bring them back or just let them go and figure out what to do with those who stayed behind.

See that's the thing about simply trying to replace instead of totally eliminate memories: deep down the characters still have they're core and it was made clear before they're only bowing and agreeing to being sold off as slaves due to feeling they have no other choice. But yeah if there aren't the same sort of guards around and if the situation is changed I can see them taking advantage of it. I doubt Shampoo will be happy about this though if she's the new mistress but in the turn over it could be awhile before she can do anything about it so will they take this chance and escape... probably not but what will happen during said attempt to escape? That's probably where the fun is.

Yup. The original personalities were mostly intact. Of course these girls are okay with being a great deal less modest than they used to be. Shampoo's reaction to the escape will be revealed in good time.

You do have a point. Ranma appreciates a feminine beauty as well as most men, but he does seem to have bad luck when it comes to fiancées. Besides, aside from being lots warmer with a Sulphur and brimstone air freshener, that other place doesn't pun as well with harem.

Okay, Akane's programming breaking after some disruptions to the pattern I can understand and can accept, this was carefully foreshadowed that Akane programming wasn't as perfect as it should have been. But the others feels outright forced to me.

I did try to sneak in some set up for Ukyo joining though. How she reacted to kicking Kuno.

I can see Ukyo also having the will to break free. Remember we saw her conditioning breaking down as she was enjoying a game of "Kick the Kuno".
As for Nabiki = she's gonna go with the money. So for an escape, I would consider it unlikely. Turning to Kasumi, the conditioning is more likely to stick here - this could be one of her personal fantasies. The question becomes would her mother impulses towards Akane and Nabiki override the conditioning if those two decided to make a break for it.

Nabiki and many of the other girls, save for Kasumi, also got into kicking Kuno.
For each of the girls, the process of growing past their programming might take different amounts of time. Shampoo, for example, seems to have overridden it the fastest, given that she's now the Martian queen or at least an enforcer/mistress. For Ukyo and Akane, meanwhile, the process seems to be more gradual, starting with the initial thought of "something's not quite right" and progressing to this point, where they are now starting to discover what they're capable of, including fighting back and escaping.Nabiki and Kasumi, however, might take much longer to break free. Whether or not Kasumi's motherly instincts will prompt her to act remains to be seen.

Nabiki's words were, "can take it or leave it." She definitely enjoyed it, may have even felt, for reasons unknown, he deserved it. But she could equally forego the game of Kick the Kuno if it were in her interests.
