Well also panel 2 could probably pay better in the uncensored version of the page. I do like the dialogue though of the woman suggesting he may have less confidence in his product of Ranko.... still not sure exactly who that guy is and hope we do get his name too but otherwise despite not moving really the plot or having much going on a decent page.

If she's playing the long game in hopes of smoking Kuno out, Ranko-chan is displaying far more patience and tolerance that she's normally known for. At the very least she would have playfully tossed the goon off a convenient wall. And why would her current master have set up for Kuno months in advance?
No still appears lights are on but no one's home. And suddenly given the parties involved is see a Ryoka as the ultimate destination. The one bug would after several months as buddies know of his obsession with a certain girl and given the size of her hive possess the resources to have found her in just a few months.
