Very Ninjascroll type of vibe going on in this which is just perfect. I definitely prefer this to the other coloured version. The sky just fits better because, as we know, ninjas are sneaky so prefer night time for performing their nefarious deeds. Great job

sweeeeeet... reallly nice... the poses and the lighting... specially the lighting which seems to be ur forte by the way. just couldn't help noticing two things..
firstly seeing that the fight just started... whats with the blood on the sword.. (not saying that this has anything to do with the quality of the pic.. just couldn't help noticing it 
second... your main character (im assuming the guy without the mask) has his katana in a biiit of an odd position.. not exactly effective in a fight of this nature..(this point does affect the quality slightly since the katana should be pointing the other way just after he takes it out.. even with him dodging back..)
apart from my nitpicking.. awesome.. what i love is the lighting and the setting of your drawing.. under the stars inside some bowl like arena.. two thumbs up (cos thats all i have

Wow... I'm not a great fan of the comic style but I can notice the talent in his forms. You made a excellent work with the anatomy! This go to my favorites for sure

Hard to say which I like more, I like the atmosphere with the trees in the first version but I prefer the colouring in this one.
