mmm not cool from VW! Here in The Netherlands you see them lots. But also I think the moste VW USA models are way cooler then the Euro (bumpers - trims - tinted glass etc.)

We have some cool ones here, but we've missed out on the Blue Motion and the Sirocco. They almost discontinued the TDI here too.

Are the FSI engines available in the USA? small engine but tons of horsepower! Don't know if diesel is interesting in the USA? Here you see much of the TDI's with 2 or 3 red letters they have more horsepower also is a diesel when driving a lot of km's a year cheaper with tax here etc.

Yeah, never heard of a FSI, they don't like giving us fun stuff like that. Diesel used to be a big thing here and then it became more expensive than regular gas.

Small engines with plenty off horsepower, so very economical to drive.

I heard about the Blue Motion, really loved the idea. I think they want us to just burn through gas here. My car gets pretty good milage, but mostly because I haven't been able to find a new engine yet (driving a 2.0 at the moment) And here in Colorado it's almost $3.00 a gallon for diesel... so I guess a dollar per liter (or somewhere close to that since we don't use the metric system )?
But yeah, I've always been a gear head, my dad's a mechanic and we always played around with cars--especially Volkswagen's.
