Not Sure If I Have Already Uploaded This Shot Or Not But I Don't Think So. I Don't Often Shoot Captive Birds As I Believe They Should Be Free But On Occasion I Have And This Little Kestrel Was Just So Stunning That I Couldn't Resist So I Hope You Will Excuse A CAptive Raptor Shot On This Occasion.

I wonder if all birds of prey have the light colored chest feather with the darker spots? Even your Heron had chest feathers like that.
