The lighting is quite beautiful here, and there's a nice contrast between the white crane (excuse my knowledge of bird species) and the sun-tinted pond. As far as I can tell (and I'm not really an expert at critiques), this is a great deviation. A bit common in the animal photography department, but nonetheless, you nailed this photograph. I love how clear the feathers are, and you captured the bird's golden eye nicely. I also love how you used the rule of thirds in this piece.Overall for me, I think it's a very high quality deviation.
