This is Chernabog from Fantasia. I was always sacared of Chernabog as a child. I remeber when I first saw Fantasia I had to cover my eyes when I saw this part, butnow when I look at this part of the movie, i see it as the genius masterpeice that it was or still is. This picture was kinda hard to draw casue I cant find any pictures that actually show a good close up of his face, so this came out. I love the background too it kinda reminds me of a washed out painting of doomsday. yay me.
