Description
Another dragoon I drew. His name is Chrellan the main difference between him and the other dragoons is his rank. He is the Grand Arch Dragoon. Giving him command over the whole Arcadian military.

Chrellan Commands Arcadia's central fleet, which is it's Defensive fleet. Having a Total of 1,132 war ships which patrol the cities air space. The fleet has no need to maintain a large amount of carriers because Arcadia maintains several airbases around the city which provide for its glider defense. Chrellan being the leader of the dragoon proves his skill. He is able to hold his own against any warrior, being a master of many weapons and fighting styles. He is also a very powerful Pyromancer. When Chrellan fights he drags his sword on the ground behind him. This leaves a trail of sparks behind him. These sparks ignite leaving a trail of flame where ever he goes. But thats not all, he forces the trail to burst upward forming a trail of Flaming pillars.
Chrellan can also cause large amounts of flaming pillars to shoot up if he stabs his sword into the ground. sending waves of these pillars into every direction.
Chrellan is accompanied by two Dragoon Centurion.

Chrellan is a highly skilled commander, he is also quite dominate when it comes to military meetings the dragoons attend, and in conversations in general. He often leads the whole room, the other dragoons silent mostly out of respect. However Chrellan seems to follow every word of Arcadia's newest emperor. Often meeting in secret with the emperor to discuss matters of state and military plans.
