Description Taken on the north shore of St. Joseph's Island near Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
Taken from the patio/deck of a restaurant called The Wharf.

HDR taken with 6 photos in +- 1 EV differences.

Edit: There was a lot of ghosting in the original image, so I fixed that.

Yes, definitely. When I was little I used to climb on the rocks, until my grandma got pretty pissed.

the color of this is absolutely beautiful. the yellow from the sun truly stands out against the dark sky and makes for wonderful contrast. also, i think the dock and boats really add a bit more to the piece that makes it stand out from the ordinary sunset shot. the only thing is that the mass sticking up into the sunset is extremely distracting and almost seems to take away from the beauty. also, the green glare on the side is somewhat distracting as well. other than that, beautiful.
