Thats an amazing piece! the colours work so well together and you created really great structure in the background. The sharp white highlights in the hair are just perfect. If this is you experimenting then please experiment away

Thanks so much for such a lovely comment! I'm experimenting with stuff that are out of my comfort zone (portraits have sort of become my thing), so I'm glad you think this turned out well   I'll certainly try to do more of these experiments, thank you

Thanks very much! I've experimented a bit, tried painting using only 2-3 brushes for a change.
