Since all the zines were already shipped, I think it’s safe for me to finally post my full piece for the @korrasamifanzine “Just the Two of Us” Vol.2, by @catstealers-zines .
So there 
I was trying to tell a story with this fanart and before I even got selected as one of the many artists to participate in the zine, I was truly inspired by this fic: “Kintsukuroi” by the amazing @threehoursfromtroy , it’s an extremely beautiful and touching story so go and read it and after that I’m sure you all will notice which object I used in my piece

I love the different 'personas' these two are presenting. Asami the 'lost-in-a-book', casual glasses wife, and Korra the laid back, 'all-I-need-is-a-vest' wife.

I did want to portray a very homey and calm moment between them. Just some "married couple" shenanigans. I'm glad it shows

Indeed. I got my copy a week or so ago. Loving it!
I've got my fingers crossed they decide to make a volume 3; so many beautiful artworks by some truly talented artists. But also because I also want to try my luck again at being a contributing artist myself
