Description
I wanted to draw something that would simultaneously make me sad and happy
so pre-war Ratchet and Pharma being buddies

I also just needed something happy with these two

and just to be clever I put the window on Ratchet's side and a small box of T-cogs on Pharma's side ovo

I also tried a new lining technique....or well I did for the background, overlay doesn't really work on white so I just used an old thing there, thankfully it still came out nice.
