Honestly, she happened by accident. I was playing with some 'outsider' features, and ended up falling in love with the result. While my version of the Lion Guard don't divide themselves up by roles -- The five together need to be the pride's fastest, strongest, bravest, fiercest, and cleverest -- I feel like Kusa would either have been the strongest or the bravest. I feel like she's the grandma of at least one of Vitani's Guard, probably Imara, but tbh I haven't seen that far and I don't quite know yet.
