First of all, base is made by me!
Yup, I drew it all my own, but I still took a reference for her face
Is her body alright? I hope her proportions are right >.<
Second, this is a new OC, Tia, in her cocktail dress. It was a real pain doing her dress, but I think it's worth of it!
Dress is inspired by a fashion magazine I was reading 2 weeks ago.

First of all, the base you drew look good!
Only on the hands and the feet you could use a little help, but it's great!
The hair looks nice, it suits her dress, but the front could use a little more help.

And the outfit; it looks amazing! I really like the colors and the dress is just gorgeous! I like all of the layers from the bottom of the dress, it really finishes the look.
And the shoes suit the dress as well. Only the green stone is a little too green compared to the dress xD
But all in all, awesome!
