This is humiliating.With one drawing, I have managed to ruin my *cough* macabre *cough* image and reputation.
Who cares! *grin* I wanted to draw something pure and cute for a good friend.
This is Star, a My Little Pony. This is a gift for robidoux (visit her gallery NOW); for being a great friend. She was the one to gift me the the dART subscrition. Thank you for the lovely birthday gift. Love you loads.
Drawn with a pencil on paper, and then coloured in photoshop8. Yes, I know; no background...but I hate layers and layers hate me.
I had to use a reference pic coz I suck at drawing unbloody/ungothic pics. And funnily enough, the reference pic I used is a cotton hankie I've had since I was a kid. The indignity of it all! I had pony undies, hankies, pjs, games, toys...
I think they damaged my psyche.

WHOA! I just realized this is a MLP! I didn't know rouby liked MLP. I have another friend (non-dA-er, but a fellow SAABite) who collects and modifies MLPs. She is an artist, and takes requests and makes special MLP's. My favorites were the Horses of the Apocolypse!

For concrit... The positioning of the ears sure look "off"... With the left in the middle and the right missing, sure looks odd somehow. (Apologies if I have unknowingly insulted somehow... -.-")

Very different to what you would normally do. But I like it. Itβs still done with the normal excellent skill which makes me so jalousie of you. Cute and nice.

And it was tougher than drawing naked chicks with big swords, believe me. Coz I'm so used to drawing that kidn of stuff that I got rusty when it comes to "clean" pics.
