Indeed she is! There is almost not official images nor fanart of Noin with very feminine clothes. I'm glad you like the dress, I guess I should try to draw her wearing dresses more often?

Same here (even if the series has some flaws, it is still one of my fav anime) I'm always happy whenever there is new material!. Zechs and Noin are my OneTruePairing
