FMAB has a series of Komatsu theater pieces (4 panel comic theatre) you can find on YouTube. Each episode has 2-4 scenes where they played a what-if scenario, and each episode has only one scenario, but for comedy.
This one is the episode where Scar was supposed to take her captive, but the what if is Winry taking Scar captive. They also have one for Hughes trying to call Mustang, but he gets Mustang's hold music (absolutely hilarious).
