So...do you ever have those days when you know that you should be doing that dry Graphic Design assignment thats a week overdue, but your shiny new Wacom tablet is totally calling you...like "Actually use me for non university related work!!!"???

Well, I had one of those days.

And I gave into the siren call of the Wacom tablet.

I also figured that I needed a new pic of myself on here, one that doesn't feature me when I was younger and full of optimism. something current, up to date, to go with this update of my Deviant Art page I am attempting.

And then I thought, what is more arty than using a drawing of myself (it totally had nothing to do with the fact my fringe has almost grown out and the hairdressers is a whole block (and a good $20 out of my shrunken university student wallet) away, and so a photo was out of the question; or that the only current high res photo I could find of myself in my messy filing system featured me posing like a ninja in a formal dress)?

So, morning wasted...no wait...totally justified. Yes, I can say I was simply warming up for an evening of assignments...we'll go with that.
