Another PokeFusion OC!! This one is a fusion of three of my favorites: Mew, Jirachi, and Chimecho!
Mejichi? Chirame??

"A Pokemon said to hold enormous amounts of psychic power, it stays asleep for many years. It is said to wake to grant the wish of one with a pure heart. Those who see it are said to be bestowed with good fortune.

It has a third eye on its head. It opens only to store power from the stars... or release it. It is playful and kind, but is also shy. It has only ever been seen at night."

Right now his name is Hoshiko (star), but I'm looking for suggestions!
