Symoné is one of the rogue vampires that along with Eva, are one of the first to become vampires. Symoné works for the World Government. They use her and the other rogues as more of a scare tactic against other countries then offer their help to stop them. The Government comes in and "takes care" of a countries vampire problem while keeping their forces in the country to "help protect" the populace. The vampires don't even get harmed but are taking to another country and does the deal over and over again, plus they get free meals out of it.

Symoné is part of the plan to try to make the United States get support from the World Government to help in hunting vampires. One of the first people that Symoné killed was a young high school girl named Jennifer Wells, best friends of Karen Paige. Symoné never knew of the young super-heroines' determination to take revenge for the death of her best friend. Symoné knows when she is being followed my Karen but does nothing for two reasons one, she can crush her like a bug and two, its getting very interesting.

Symoné is 6'6" and 260lbs.
