When she needs to get to her work in a hurry, Margarita (from TLH/TC) would use her dress (along w/ the windy weather) to parasol her straight to the beauty salon, i.e. only if there's any issues w/ public transportation.BTW, I found this pic from an non-dA-er and did some editiings.
