This is custom made Draculaura's vanity.I made it from plywood and painted with spraypaint
It was made for my friend's daughter for christmas
Idea was taken from monsterminicustoms's etsy shop so this was not my idea I only made very very simmilar furnitures.

I would like to be able to say that imitation is the highest form of flattery, however, it is sad when someone feels the need to steal other people's original ideas, creativity and inspiration.
I hope your friend is raising her daughter with better values than you are displaying by stealing my work.

I'm not a thief, I've made it using MY HANDS not others and in the desctription there is a link back where is the orginal inventor of this so...? Don't be rude and next time read carefully the description part. If you can do such furnitures using your hands there is now law that you must buy the orginal one, only what you have to do is to give link back to orginal idea.

Copying someone else's original idea makes you a THIEF whether you make it with your own hands or not. It might make you feel better about having no originality, but everyone else will see it for what it is - a guilty conscience.
There ARE laws that govern such matters, they are called COPYRIGHT LAWS - next time you visit my Etsy store to steal more of my ideas you should read the Copyright notifications, law breaker.
You can ask the 30+ people that have emailed the link to your page pointing out your thievery. You now have zero credibility with everyone who sees your "work".
Please don't waste your time messaging me when you could be out stealing ideas from other talented, original people.

This is not stealing and there is no laws for personal usage - cuz I'm NOT making MONEY of this and this is only for my personal use. I gave link back to your page and I wrote that this is NOT MY IDEA it is in THE DESCRIPTION.

Giving me credit for MY ORIGINAL DESIGNS after you've ripped them off is like a criminal sending a Thank You" note to the bank she just robbed.
Not only are you devoid of creativity, originality and simple human decency - I think your brain may actually be broken.
Get a life! And if you're not sure how to do that, just watch someone else who has the life you'd like and then imitate them in every way - that seems to be your great talent.

You are using Mattel's logo (women's head and Barbie's inscription) and I'm not sure if you bought credit from Mattel to using it on your furniture... You just can't note it in auction that you know it isn't your's inscription and you're not using it in purpose... cuz you are, you are seling and making furnitures with Mattel's logo. You are aware when you are putting it in your furniture.
I advice you to think it over.
I can sure you that I have wonderful life, but I see that you haven't.

As you notice (or not) you haven't got vanity, and my armchair isn't identical to yours, there are some details which are different.

Now you need to insult and belittle the intellectually challenged to make your case - NICE! Why don't you throw black people and senior citizens under the bus while you're at it. It's a sign of a weak mind that feels the need to slander others in an attempt to support their argument. It's obvious that YOU are the one that does not know anything about copyright law, you might want to check out what is know as INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. But that would require actually caring what you are talking about and as you are too lazy to think of your own designs, it's probably too much to ask of your limited abilities. Your head is so light I'm surprised it doesn't pop off your body and just float away.
My first Coffin Vanity with Heart and Wings Mirror sold in AUGUST 2012. I have since sold 12 more of these ORIGINAL (look it up - as you obviously don't know what that means!) designs. Which I'm very sure you are aware of as that is where your STOLE "your" idea from. It made me laugh that up until this point you considered you were being "nice". Do you smile when you steal old ladies' purses?
As to your wishful thinking concerning my use of Mattel copyrights - while your investigating US Copyright Law, look up FAIR USE WITH DECLARATION. It may take you a while to read through it as you're obviously communicating at at the level of a 6 year old. Throw all of the tantrums you like, say I'm being mean when I'm just being honest. You are a copycat, a cheat and a fraud. Embrace it - it's your truth.
I must admit I have not given you fair credit for your "achievements" and your "wonderful" life. Especially when you consider both of them accomplished by stealing someone else's ideas and posting photos of them on the internet in the hopes of getting praise from strangers, all in the name of validating your sad little dillusional ego. I don't need to steal purses cuz I earn enough money, also I won't buy any of your furniture cuz realization is so poor. If you want to make good money in this you shoul invest in some CNC ploter or something which will give you better quality.
