Whether or not she is visible, the Moon is in the sky every night watching over us. Princess Yue of the Northern Water Tribe was saved by the Moon Spirit, Tui, as a newborn. She would eventually repay this debt by bravely giving her life back so Tui could continue its everlasting dance with La, the spirit of the ocean. The two spirits are embodied on Earth within koi fish that create a delicate spiritual balance.
