Description
Water can extinguish fire, but fire can melt ice. However, when the ice is above the fire, the fire'll beat the ice by melting it, but it becomes the very thing that beats it. It can't help it, it's just following what it does naturally, but because of that, it's going to be extinguished.

Kind of makes me think back to when I was in junior school. My ideas were all about whatever I was obsessed about at the time (Pokemon and Digimon, I think), but when I wanted to learn how to draw and create better ideas, I needed to change the way I did things, otherwise, like the fire, I'd be beaten by the what I thought I was good at (ideas based off pre-existing things).

Naturally, I still do a ton of fanwork, but I'm so glad I did my best to create new ideas, 'cause I'm a lot more proud of my work ^.^

And I bet that made no sense to anyone, but I wanted to do this pic sooo badly :3
