new adopt/design rulesi'm getting rid of most of the rules on my designs
i'm also removing everyone i blacklisted, off of the blacklist
because idk
don't really care about being so strict about my designs
the only rules now are really simple and easy to follow
1. please do not say you designed it when I actually did, Also credit me the first time you draw the design, And if you upload it to sta.sh, toyhou.se, or any other character storage site, Make sure you credit me there too
2. don't steal, trace, or copy anything from my designs, be original please you won't get anywhere if you take someone else's ideas ;v;
3. Please use the design instead of letting it rot, If you aren't going to use it then don't buy it, And if you already bought it, You are allowed to trade the design for something you will use <3 (would be nice if you noted me when you trade the design away so I know who it went to, I also know some people that would love to have my designs so if you want, you can also tell me if you set up a tr
