So I'm making my own Kareha shimeji.And I toats just recolored from Rin *shot*
Anyways I thought it was cute that everytime I summon Kare Len walks over to her to say hello c:
I did a simplified version of her outfit cause well...yeah...too lazy to do all those effects. Her ponytail is enough work lolz.

When you get a shimeji, there's a folder with the pictures in it. Open it in paint/photoshop/whichever and save it as a difname. Then basically just copy the folder and replace the pictures with the ones you made. the coding should still work c:

It's fairly easy to do recolors. You can make one yourself c:

You take a shimeji that looks similar, or has frames that you like, downlaod it. Then go into the pictures folder and just recolor/draw over them. If you leave the script info alone, the pictures you draw and saved into that file will replace the ones already made, and therefore, you will have your own shimeji. c:

It's really simple. If you don't have the time and patience to do your own coding (and trust me you won't) you can just recolor the images from any shimeji and bam! insta-personalized! 8D

Hey, I was wondering, how do you make your own shimeji's? I know you edit over them..
But, I was wondering..do you have to replace all the pictures before It'll work again? Do you make a seperate folder and copy everything in it to that seperate folder? How do you do it?

as long as all the pictures are there for the coding to work the shimeji will walk around even if 1 picture is recolored and the rest are the original shimeji. You can make a different folder or just rename the one you have.
I've made a seperate folder so I get to keep both kareha AND the original Rin. I just completely copied Rin's folder and slapped in the edited pictures and it works perfectly fine. c: If you have any other questions I'll be glad to try and help.
