Drew Goku during my lunchbreak in work as a quick sketch which you can see here on my blog: [link]I liked it, so I thought I would draw it up properly. Kinda like it, but also still like the roughness of the original sketch. Anyway, dont worry, I aint in a DBZ obsessed drawing mode right now, just good to draw some stuff.

well, its Goku on Namek with his clothes ripped when he fought frieza, but i guess its an unfortunate cropped image as it could look like gohan.

yeh, someone mentioned this. The toy at my desk has limited colours for Goku...and its more purple than blue, so stupidly without thinking, thats what I did.
Although this is what Gohan should have looked like...not turning into that scrawny bookworm.

Gohan was always kinda skinny. If you see him without his top he is just as cut and ripped as the others. His muscles just having bulged out like the others.

Nice work - looks a little like Goku as animated by WB (it's the jawline - very Justice League-esque).

Hmm...maybe it's the purple hue of the shirt, but I almost get a sort of adult Gohan vibe off of this. Still, the powerful presentation here is...well, very strong and inspiring! Heroic for sure, my friend!

argh! you're totally right. You know what, its because the drawing was inspired by a SSJ goku toy i have on my work desk and because its one of those small build a figure ones, the colour palette is limited in colour, and it has purple instead of blue. i didnt even think twice. I did add a slight red tint over the top of it all, but still, i went with purple to begin with.
