I like the contrast level at first. The white dress, is on foreground, as should be. The sharpness is very nice, the blurry background is too.. the look on her face is very expressive. i feel like she disturbed about sth

it's turkish, meaning something along the lines of "the expression fits very well/is perfect."
iman means faith, btw.
