If you TRULY are interested in animation I do recommend looking into how to obtain some animation programs such as Flash or Photoshop. But as for free programs I recommend Pencil 2D. Simple free and great to practice on~ But I do recommend going back and forth on Sakugabooru and look at the posts to understand and learn different animations styles on your spare time. Anyways...I was only trying to help. But good luck on your work^^
