Seriously, you managed to give it a photographic look all the while retaining your personal style; that's something many good or even great artist's can not say for themselves.
I was about to say that the part of the hair lit by the main light source appears tot bright or washed-out, but then I had a look at the reference and saw that it was just perfect.*
Anyway, that lighting work is seriously impressive. Just... wow.
*One thing to keep in mind, though - a camera sensor does not see like the human eye does. Our eyes can see a much wider range of shadows and highlights in any given scene because a sensor's dynamic range is much more limited. So, to replicate the scene a little bit closer to what the human eye would see, you'd need to render the highlighted parts of the hair darker and with a little more color.
Then again, you probably already know that (and much more about it)! (:
