I really like the lines and shapes the light and shadows create. I also really like the softness too. This photo is nice because it makes me look with my eyes and my mind. I look at it and wonder what it is, i tilt my head and follow the shapes and lines. I like it.

Although the large section of undetailed black leaves me a bit cold. Easy to crop though.

I agree that it could use a focus point, but then the lack of focus is what makes this picture work.
perhaps a single hand emerging from the darkness at the top of this pic...
Or mabey just leave it...

I like the compostiton, but I think it needs something to be the focal point. Maybe if you try out some stuff with a tripod and shallow depth of field. THen you could have the soft abstract effect without the picture losing depth completely.

i miss spelled something there so here is the corrected comment:

im not sure either to find it exiting or a lil on the boring site, i think a good pic in a style like that would just be an arm or leg hanging from a bed. in this one i dont really like the form of the whole thing, the blank&white style is good though.
