Vlad was farmed in a genetics lab (GUFF Wetware Industries) designed to clone soldiers. He was specifically built as a "super soldier" to be sold to the highest bidder, but that never happened. While still in the tube as a fetus, he was stolen from the lab by a criminal syndicate with the intent of raising him to be an assassin. GUFF Industries hired the private army "The Wild Bianca" to eradicate the syndicate in retribution. The syndicate was eradicated to a man, and the Wild Bianca were allowed to keep any of their assets as payment. Unknown to GUFF Industries, the Wild Bianca kept Vlad and raised him as one of their own. Now he is Pilot of the Mecha Diarmuid, and works as a subcontractor to the Wild Bianca. . He takes great pride in the fact he was born to this army, and would die for them as well.
