Personality: friendly, affectionate, a little dense at times

Abilities: Freezing things, frost breath, able to shatter any ice regardless of strength, can't get burned, can use ice as a shield to protect himself.

Facts: Due to a birth defect he is unable to keep himself warm, and literally has cold blood. He can't tolerate cold climates very well, but interestingly enough he does well in any hot climates. Because of his birth defect he was abandoned by his mother, and someone took care of him for a short time, but he can't remember who it was. He also can't remember how he got his tattoo, or when he got it. His body has an automatic reflex where if he ingests something too hot or touches something too hot it gets cooled down to a comfortable warm temperature. He likes to cuddle up with living creatures to warm himself up or warm up by sun bathing.
