This is a pendant I made for a dear friend's birthday~A white owlet, because she loves owls, and blue eyes because she loves blue ^^ really hope she will like it <3
It's always a bit hard for me to find a right way to stylize things the right way, I always have the impression that i either go into symbolism too much either into realism... oh well, I just hope it looks like an owl, and that I'm not the only one who thinks it's cute and all
So yeah, materials - cerenit (pearly white - really LOVE it), and swarovsi elements rhinestones

This is really cool. I love how you put it together. Cerenit is a kind of clay? I'm sorry for sounding slow, I've just never heard of it. Is it a baking clay? Oh and about how tall is is?

i made a typo itΕ‘ actually called cernit, and yeah itΕ‘ pretty much the same as fimo, so a baking clay-kinda-stuff =3

I don't want to be a mean person.. but It's a tough thing, 'cos I do mind somebody recreating my designs, I think that goes for anyone out here... and for me it's something really personal... and I do try to make money with this stuff =_=
I'd really recommend for u to just browse through all the different owl jewelry we have here on dA and come up with something personal and unique, wouldn't it be much more fun?

I can totally respect that. I've been having way too many issues, so that idea kinda went down the tube regardless. ;_; I'm not a sculpting crafter really, but I sew, so we'll see if I can come up with something way better anyway. ^_^

well hey, if u sew, why not try to make little one from some really cutesy fabric? sew some gemstones into eyes etc, put some ribbons on... I've seen jewelry like that^^
I'm not to good with sewing myself... well, not bad either, more like I'm familiar with it, but If I have to choose, I choose sculpting over sewing XD

I think I might try something like that. I make dolls (like all of the ones in my da account). My biggest issue is that I'm not very good with coming up with original designs for myself. I need to work with another artist or something. ^_^;;; Oh well, I'm sure I'll come up with something nice anyway.
