Well, I tried lol. This is the Jolteon I made for FlippyishZippy, hope ya like it ^_^ it looks kind of different but I couldnt think what to do at all x.x still getting used to editing on the computer lol.. plus I'm still deciding on what style to use, I'll probably make a better one later, but until then I hope you like this one ^.^
