Oh-ho, it would be extra scary if Caesar were head of torture in Impel Down. He could make patients go crazy just by having them inhale his cologne, something his Detective Comics counterpart, Dr. Jonathan "Scarecrow" Crane, has done on several occasions. Love the leather cuff, belt and metal chain details, and the smoke is part and parcel with Caesar's character. You drew that very well.
P.S. Is it just me, or does it look like Caesar stepped out of a very dark, Gothic shojo manga during the World War II era? That could just be my memories of Guignol Grand Orchestra and Hellsing talking though.
