How do you get the paints to be all... drippy splashy -ness thingy?

I use watercolors, and you can create waterdrips by painting the picture while it's stuck to a wall or by lifting up the paper. The splashes, I either flick paint at the picture or carefully drip water onto it.

Ah it depends on the computer but you normally go to options at the top of the webpage and look around there...
