Description
It's Dracule Mihawk! One of the neither good nor bad characters in One Piece. I like him and his eyes.
Anyway, this sword and shirt were hard to do. The sword still looks wonky.
But oh well... And I didn't use the gradient background this time! Don't mind the water, I'm still working on it. I wanted to emphasise the eyes more but I drew the picture too small to zoom in that far. 
Done in Open Canvas, took a few hours.
