Angel: *smiles* Hey, Kura, you wanna be interviewed?

Bakura: Interviewed? *raises eyebrow*

Angel: You know, I ask you questions, you give me HONEST answers.

Bakura: I know what it means, Angel. *frowns* What about it?

Angel: Cause if not I can go and find Kia or Marik or someone...

Bakura: *looks thoughtful* ...What do I get out of it? *crosses arms*

Angel: *thinks for a moment* ... Hmmm. Is Akefia still giving you trouble? Cause I have cans of Rapist-B-Gone you can use.

Bakura: *interested* Really? Can I keep those? And have you tell me your supplier?

Angel: Oh sure. I'll gladly supply ya as much as you want... IF I can interview you without any problems.

Bakura: Deal.

Angel: *goes to the next room and comes back with a box* Here you go, Kura. There's a dozen cans to start ya off.

Bakura: *grins and takes the box from Angel* Now, what do you want to know?

Angel: *sits down on the sofa* Let's start with the usual. That being your name. TECHNICALLY you're usally called the Spirit of the Ring or Yami Bakura. You don't have a name of your own?

Bakura: *shrugs* In ancient Egypt, I was called a name which the closest modern equivalent is Bakura, plus it is Ryou's surname, so I took that name as my own.

Angel: And yet most people call your 'other' self either Akefia or Touzoku. Which, the latter only means 'thief king'.

Bakura: "Akefia" is a fan name, originating on Japanese fan sites, I believe because of a mishearing, but don't cite me on that one. As for Thief King, that should be pretty obvious. *smirk*

Angel: Well yeah... But still. From what I've seen, he doesn't mind either name. And lately, my best friend and I just call him 'Kia'. But I digress. So, when you first appeared in Duelist Kingdom, what exactly where you doing there? Aside from trying to steal more Millennium Items I mean.

Bakura: I was assessing my opponent. It's best to test your opponent fully first so that you know their style of play, know their weaknesses and can then strike later and win.

Angel: I see... That is true... Though I probably shouldn't encourage your actions.

Bakura: Why ever not? *smirk*

Angel: We're not going there at the moment... Anyways. Most people know that you originally come from Egypt. And that raises a few questions. Like your hair for example.

Bakura: *frowns* What about my hair?

Angel: *shrugs* Well, it IS naturally white, isn't it?

Bakura: Yeah, so. This is anime. If Yugi's hair is natural, so is mine. Plus I'm not the only white haired character; Kisara also has white hair.

Angel: I'm aware. But my point is, since it's such an unusual color, did you get... hassled about it? I know Kisara got a lot of grief because of her appearance.

Bakura: When I was younger, I wore a hood to hide it. As I got older, my reputation as the King of Thieves meant no-one dared to say anything about it.

Angel: *sighs and shakes head* Must be real nice to be infamous and feared. I guess...

Bakura: Yeah, it was. *smirk*

Angel: *rolls eyes* Now. What about the scar? We hear lots of explanations and stories about how you got that thing.

Bakura: My scar made me seem even more dangerous and manly. I loved that thing. As for how I got it, I'm not telling you. *smirk* You make your own mind up. *leans back in his seat*

Angel: You probably don't remember how you got it. *smirk*

Bakura: *narrows eyes* Of course I do. I'm not falling for that trick. Ask something else or I'm leaving.

Angel: *growl* Oh fine. But you're telling me off the record later. Anyways, let's discuss relationships.

Bakura: What do you want to know?

Angel: Anyways, well, like I asked Ryou-kun, most pairings I've seen you in are gay oriented. Any truth in that?

Bakura: As in, am I gay? I don't really care, after three thousand years stuck in a Ring with no human contact, you stop being picky. Not that my past self was picky much anyways.

Angel: Touché. So... would you call yourself bisexual then? Cause to be honest, you seem like the kind of guy who will take anything he's given.

Bakura: Yep, pretty much.

Angel: Not surprised. So then, back to you and those you're paired with. The most commonly seen are Ryou, Marik, Yami Marik and Atem.

Bakura: Well, let's see. F**king Ryou would be like f**cking myself. I haven't had a body for that long. Marik and his yami... Well, seeing as me and his yami hate each other... Yeah, best just to leave that one. As for being with Atem... I still try to stab him with a kitchen knife every time I see him.

Angel: *sweatdrop* So of those four, the only one didn't give a solid no to was Marik.

Bakura: *shrug* We were partners in crime at one point, even if both of us only wanted to use the other. So I guess that it could happen, but not if he stayed good.

Angel: So it's a circumstantual maybe with him then? Alright then, what about girls?

Bakura: *raises eyebrow* What about them?

Angel: Well, I've seen a few instances where you're paired with Tea and on an even more rare occassion Mai or Ishizu. Any comments on that?

Bakura: Tea is far too interested in the Pharaoh, Ishizu is as well. Plus Ishizu is the reincarnation of one the the Priests so, naturally, is my enemy. Mai is too infatuated by the mutt to go with anyone else, so...none of them.

Angel: Fair enough. Plus, Ishizu seemed to be in love with Mahado back then, so I doubt a modern relationship between you two would work entirely. Alright then, here's a good question. I know that thanks to the Abridged Series you've gotten those infamous nicknames like Kitty. But that asside, what's your opinion of cats?

Bakura: Well, we worshiped them back in Ancient Egypt, but they are a little too similar to me for me to want one as a pet or something.

Angel: That's understandable. Ok, how about this then? Moving onto personal info. Favorite food, movie and book?

Bakura: Favourite food, steak, medium rare. As for movie, anything with a decent amount of blood and horror, so SAW is quite good. As for books, that's more Ryou's area. I don't have time to read, so I use them as fuel for fires.

Angel: *frowns and glares at the mention of book burning* Really? Some of my friends and I would think you'd be into Lord of the Rings, since that's another powerful magic ring as well. Also, personally, I can't stand the SAW movies.

Bakura: It's okay, but the whole point of it being tied to that one guy is far too annoying. Now, if I could be that guy, that would be fine. Since I guess we are similar like that, except I don't let my Ring be destroyed like an idiot, and I have things called "back-up" plans.

Angel: Why am I not surprised somehow? *sigh* Ok, last question then. What's your ideal girl like?

Bakura: *smirks* My ideal girl...well, she needs to be okay will me killing and stealing, in fact if she could come along that would be good. She would also hate the Pharaoh and the Yugi-tachi...and she'd be able to cook me steak exactly the way I like it and not complain. In fact, no complaining or nagging ever would be a good trait. Yeah, I think that's everything...

Angel: I'm sure you'll get plenty of offers when this gets posted.

Bakura: *grins* You're probably right. I shall have to find some way to single the best ones out...
