That's okay, it doesn't need a background. Sakamoto and Teddy (lol both are preverts) are perfect as they are. I like your version of Saka better. He's much more sexier. I think the reason he looks different is because in the series we're used to seeing his eyes completely covered with shades...like Madao. xDD

If by different, you mean that Sakamoto looks pervier... I only draw his eyes b/c I can't get the whole "shades covers all of the eyes" thing right. I fail at life.

It's more like my birthday is when traveling is cheapest, because it's towards the end of the season. xD Plus February is usually when us snow birds get cabin fever.
Drawing people with glasses is hard. I understand why Sorachi just gives up on Shinpachi, and personified him as glasses. Same for Madao too. Maybe that's why Sakamoto doesn't appear much. xDD
