I realized it had been a while since I did any pictures in this series. So here is fourth generation Neptune in both her Senshi and Princess form.COMMENTS PREFERRED OVER FAVES! Critique requested.

I really like your series of Princess/Senshi that you've been doing. They have been a great way to promote you characters and just show your artistic skills. I am really impressed on how far you've reached in a short time, I remember looking at your art on Sailorenergy.net and looking at what you do is almost like two completely different people.
The hair looks great, the details in the curls/waves add a lot of detail to her something anime hair usually doesn't get. Really nice work. The dress looks good though the skirt is a tad still losing some of that natural flow that fabric has in real life.
The coloring is nice and vibrant for both drawings and fit the character really well. I do like the shading you've done, but think it could use a little more. One thing that seems off is the line art - it seems a lot more gray then black. That might be your personal pref, it just seems a bit off.
The background also seems a bit cluttered, but fits the theme of the rests of the drawings in this series really well.

I can't actually critique since I don't have premium, but I'll do this here anyway. Over time I have seen your artwork really improve, and this image is further proof of that. You've become very good at drawing your characters in various poses, and your backgrounds have become much more dynamic.
For this picture specifically, there are two main things that really popped out at me. First was the bright column of light in the center of the image. Instead of sinking into the background, it becomes the primary focal point of the picture overall and it detracts from the drawings themselves. I'd suggest fading it down to make Nami/Crystal Neptune stand out more. Second was the gray outline of the drawings. If there was any way you could darken the outline it would make the various details easier to see, because in certain spots the outline blends in (like in the sailor fuku).

Lovely! i love her princess dress! i can't think of anything to critique only she doesn't seem to have eyebrows - as i'm guessing those lines are creases? sorry if i'm wrong

I've thought that too, but she says they are the eyebrows.
Maybe if you colored them the same color as the hair people will recognize it as such.

Ok I also always thought those were the creases of the eyelids. A thought on eyebrows might be if you didn't fallow so closely to the eye. I would leave the line to look like the eyelid crease and add an eyebrow higher and maybe don't mimic the eye shape quite do closely.
