Description
Here is Sailor Neo-Pluto. The drawing pad was crooked when it scanned so that's why it looks a bit tilted. I tried to make her look like she has an attitude. I couldn't think of an attack so suggestions are welcome. Thank you for giving me names for the Outer generals.As always comments are preferred over faves.

I like her and how different she is from Setsuna! When I saw her mentioned in Venus's description I feared she was going to be the calm, wise one like Chibi Pluto but I was happily wrong about that. Not that I dislike Chibi Pluto, but I just thought it would be boring to have Neo Pluto be too similar to her/the original Pluto.

You're welcome, I had an idea for a defensive move that a Pluto Senshi could use. Temporal Inversion would reverse time for a opponets energy blast of other projectile and send back at the attacker.
