Yeah, I totally agree with your comment. Actually, I'd like to see Burton directing a DW episode.

I think it would be a little like The Doctor's Wife. I think Burton actually could do a good Doctor Who episode ... but hopefully better than his recent Dark Shadows.

By the way, after checking your profile, let me tell you that Les Misèrables is also my favourite book. It struck me a lot when I read it in my early twenties.

Les Mis isn't my favorite BOOK, though I have read it earlier this year. I loved the book but I prefer the musical.
My favorite book is Rebel Angels, second book in the Gemma Doyle trilogy by Libba Bray.

Dunno why, but sometimes I think there's a connection between Tim Burton and Neil Gaiman. They are different (I much prefer Gaiman) but under a certain point of view, similar.

I prefer Gaiman too. Coraline was a great book on its own, I had nightmares for weeks (maybe I shouldn't have read it when I was eight) but the movie was even better.

I was like, "Where's the 4th Angel?"
Then I was like, "..Am I supposed to be an Angel?"
THEN I said, "I'm out."
THEN The Angel Behind Sally attacked her, but the other two stayed Quantum Locked.

I love it! Tim Burton combined with Doctor who goes very nicely, or Sherlock.

Yes, you're right! But Tim Burton combines with almost anything!
