Hi Agila sorry I can't/not sure, I drew it with illustrator/photoshop with some hand drawn elements from my tablet using a few photo references etc (hope theat helps).

Hi no by all means is this anti-communist its an "anti-conformist" peice of art, its actually meant to be against conformity like imperialism etc.. hope that explains it more
